HIV Self Testing is Self-Care

Self-Testing is Self Care. It is important to take control of your health by knowing your HIV status. Testing for HIV is crucial in preventing the spread of the virus and maintaining good health. While traditional HIV testing may require you to make an appointment and visit a medical facility, self-testing offers a convenient alternative that can be done in the comfort of your own home.

Test in the Privacy of Your Home

HIV self-testing allows you to take control of your testing schedule and provides the privacy and comfort you need to get tested. With self-testing, you can easily know your status on your own time, in your own space. This approach eliminates the need to take time off work or to find childcare to get tested. It also eliminates the potential discomfort that some people may feel when discussing their sexual history with a medical professional.

Positive Self-Test?

Tested Positive? We understand that receiving a positive HIV test result can be a difficult and overwhelming experience. We want you to know that you are not alone, and that there are many resources available to help you navigate this new chapter in your life.
