Our events are driven by making impact and creating positive solutions in communities we serve.

We work to ensure the community has the resources and opportunities to make real change

We believe that there is no singular answer—every little bit helps when it comes to making an impact.

It was with profound sorrow that We Think 4 A Change learned about the passing of Bryan C. Jones, a remarkable Master advocate, colleague, and friend. Bryan’s unwavering commitment to empowering marginalized communities, particularly those impacted by HIV/AIDS, left an indelible mark on our organization and beyond.Bryan first joined We Think 4 A Change in its earliest days, helping to establish the foundation of our programs and initiatives.

As the editor of our very first newsletter, he set a tone of advocacy and truth that continues to guide our communications. He was instrumental in developing key programs like Get, Stay, and Thrive in Care, which has since become a cornerstone of our mission to support individuals navigating the complexities of HIV care.To know Bryan was to love him.

His strong-willed nature, raw passion, and unflinching advocacy inspired everyone around him. He didn’t sugarcoat the truth and wasn’t afraid to challenge those in his orbit to do better and be better. Yet behind his fierce determination was a heart full of kindness, generosity, and a genuine desire to create a better world for those who needed it most.

Bryan’s legacy is woven into the very fabric of We Think 4 A Change. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to work alongside him. His light, passion, and authenticity will continue to guide us as we honor his memory and strive to carry forward the mission he cared so deeply about.

Rest in power, Bryan C. Jones. You will be deeply missed and forever cherished.

What We Do

At We Think 4 A Change, we empower urban communities impacted by HIV/AIDS through education, awareness, and healing. Since 2018, we’ve focused on reducing stigma and supporting high-risk minority populations. Our initiatives include health education webinars, HIV Awareness Days, and community outreach.

We provide essential support through our 'Get, Stay and Thrive in Care' program, food deliveries, and emergency financial assistance. Specialized programs like Women We Think 4 A Change and Men We Think 4 A Change offer advocacy and community building for those living with HIV. Guided by inclusiveness, collaboration, courage, and trust, we promote security, hope, and self-determination.
