The proposed project is a holistic program that focuses on high-risk target populations among minorities, specifically African Americans and Hispanic/Latinx and Female minority populations, in the  HIV/AIDS in our communities. Our program is culturally competent and utilizes individual-level interventions and social media outreach for recruitment and education.  We will have continuous engagement for services as well as data collection in our target population (referrals HIV for testing and counseling, STI testing referrals, linkage to HIV, HBV, HCV, and STI treatment, and linkage to care for pre-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) and post-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) medication.
