4. Eligibility for HIV Services – Cuyahoga County
Who Can Receive Services?
We Think 4 A Change provides free and confidential services for People Living with HIV (PLWH) in Cuyahoga County, made possible through funding from the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program.
If you or someone you know is living with HIV and resides in Cuyahoga County, you may qualify for our support programs and services.​
